I haven’t felt like doing anything but staying in bed wasting meaningless time doing absolutely nothing, despite having things to get done.
How does it feel to know your demons are your creations?
I haven’t felt like doing anything but staying in bed wasting meaningless time doing absolutely nothing, despite having things to get done.
It’s a process.
I’ve found that it helps when you stop thinking about the big things that need to be done, the things you’re procrastinating on, and just get started with your day.
Getting out of bed and moving to the sofa. Drinking a glass of water. Take in the view from your balcony. Read your messages or browse the news. Find something to eat.
It gets easier to find motivation along the way; and even if you never get around to tackling those big tasks, you’d at least have lived the day instead of surviving it.
